Al Ghurair University's reputation as a leading institution of higher education in the United Arab Emirates stems from the quality of our students, faculty and the academic rigor of our curriculum.

Al Ghurair University (AGU) students have access to world-class research facilities, and a comprehensive academic library. AGU faculty come from over 25 countries, and each has a strong background of research excellence and instruction, both in the classroom and through independent advising.

Undergraduate students fulfill general education requirements, choose elective courses, and pursue departmental and interdisciplinary concentrations. Students are encouraged to participate in team projects, allowing fortransfer of knowledge between specialties, helping to prepare them for their professional careers. Undergraduate students from Al Ghurair University graduate with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.). Six of our undergraduate degree programs are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET.

AGU graduate programs offer advanced degrees in engineering and the social sciences.

AGU’s doctoral education is offered in the field of engineering, while master's degree programs are offered in engineering (M.Sc), Information Security (M.Sc), and International and Civil Security (M.A).
