Al Ghurair University Whistleblowing Hotline

In order to maintain Al Ghurair University's high standards of ethical and professional conduct, protect University funds and other assets, and maintain the integrity and reputation of Al Ghurair University and its employees, the University has established a hotline tool for employees and stakeholders to report corrupt, illegal and / or unethical conduct. Al Ghurair University is eager to provide its stakeholders who believe, on reasonable grounds, that an employee of the University has engaged, is engaging, or is planning to engage in an unethical or illegal conduct, with a confidential mechanism in which to issue a complaint. The information provided will be reviewed carefully and examined by a dedicated team on a confidential basis.

Examples of unethical and illegal conduct are:

Mismanagement, abuse, waste of AGU resources
Inaccurate financial reporting
Solicitation or acceptance of gifts
Manipulation of data such as payroll or vendor records
Bribery and corruption
Inaccurate expense claims
Unlawful activity
Doing business with one's agency
Un-authorized compensations
Conflict of interest
Disclosure or use of confidential information
Activities that are not in line with AGU's code of conduct and its policies and procedures
