H.E. Dr. Mugheer Al Khaili
Dr. Mugheer Al Khaili holds a PhD and Masters Degree in Business Management from Ain Shams University in Egypt. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Management and Accounting from the faculty of Business Administration and Economy at the UAE University.
His Excellency Dr. Mugheer Al Khaili spent the first decade of his professional career in the Special Department of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al-Nahyan, may God rest his soul. He occupied several prestigious posts in the Department ranging from Financial Auditor to Director General, and Assistant Under Secretary.
In 2005, he was appointed Secretary General of the UAE University, and in 2007 he became a member of the Federal National Council, the Al Ghurair University Board of Trustees, the Sorbonne Paris-Dubai University Administrative Team, and the Oxford University Advisory Board.
Among his prominent achievements during his career in the UAE University were his participation in, and leadership of, the development process and the restructuring of the administrative and financial services system, and the development of operational procedures at the university.
During that period of time, His Excellency participated in the International Visitor Leadership special training program at Long Beach University focusing on administrative, financial and human resource systems. His involvement in this program, which was organized by the US State Department and which concentrated on the management of educational institutions, had a deep impact on enhancing his experiences and capacities.
