Mosallam Al Kathiri has over 13 years of experience in Strategic Human Resources and Administration. Throughout his career, Mr. Al Kathiri has directed and overseen all aspects of corporate human resource functions, administrative activities including planning and compensation, HR and administrative automation, training, development, Emiratization, and recruitment.

With respect to his academic background, Mosallam Al Kathiri earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Dubai University in June 2010. While in the United States, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources and General Management from Eastern Washington University in June 2001.

Prior to joining Al Ghurair University, Mr. Al Kathiri worked for Global Aerospace Logistics (GAL) as their Director for Human Resources and Administration. His earlier career in HR began with ADNOC at their corporate headquarters.
